Crafted Projects Collective, founded in 2019. 

 

A mixed bag including mathematical analytics gurus, urban planning experts in disguise as development managers, utilities and interiors specialists, project management leaders, and a builder with an eye for detail previously commissioned by luxury global brands.

 

We've broken a sales record or two, and once overengineered a state-highway-level bridge for our first subdivision (that's how the Directors, and our build lead first met).

We're small, but mighty - known for our ability to make previously impossible sites possible. We build trusted relationships with the best in the business, and take pride when our developments are used as the new benchmark to meet by approvals panels. That's pretty cool, by anyone's standards - and not bad for a boutique developer just six years into our journey.
